Torremofest está de volta a São José do  Rio Preto e leva gastronomia, música ao vivo e lazer. Com entrada gratuita, o evento acontece de 29 de maio a 01 de junho , das 12h às 23h, no Carrefour Hipermercado no Parque Industrial O festival conta com uma estrutura de 4.500 m² em uma área ampla e aberta com mesas e cadeiras e área kids, além de estações gastronômicas que reúnem uma ampla variedade de preparos do petisco, como a pururuca, de rolo e de boteco.

São mais de 20 expositores dentre os destaques dos pratos, estão costela fogo de chão, baião de dois, feijão tropeiro, lanches de costela, batatas, doces e hambúrguer com shimeji, hambúrguer com torresmo e uma variedade de doces.  O valor dos pratos começa em R$ 35. Para acompanhar, chopp artesanal, drinks e uma programação musical diversa traz covers de bandas nacionais e internacionais.

Segundo Eduardo Bueno, idealizador do evento, “a expectativa é muita boa, com público superior a 20 mil pessoas e cerca de 15 toneladas de carne suína. Estamos muito felizes em estar de volta a São José do Rio Preto.
 Consagrado em diversos estados brasileiros, o Torresmofest é pioneiro no tema, com mais de 500 edições realizadas e mais de 10 milhões de visitantes. O festival já percorreu diversas cidades dos estados brasileiros, como São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Distrito Federal , Espírito Santo, Goiás ,região nordeste e Paraná
