Após consolidar sede na avenida principal de Bady Bassitt, empreendedores chegam na região da Represa Municipal

Hoje, terça-feira, dia 20, a Coxinhas Bady, case de sucesso na gastronomia do Noroeste Paulista, abre a primeira filial em São José do Rio Preto.

A nova unidade com capacidade para 250 pessoas nasce em um dos cartões postais da cidade, a região da Represa Municipal, na avenida Antônio Tavares Pereira Lima.

A Coxinhas Bady teve sua origem em 2020, no meio da pandemia. O sonho era transformar o amor pelas coxinhas da mãe do empresário Gabriel Massura em um negócio que pudesse sustentar aquele período desafiador.

“Com um investimento inicial de apenas R$ 200,00 fui ao mercado comprar os primeiros ingredientes contando com a ajuda essencial da minha mãe, da minha esposa e de um vizinho que fazia entregas de bicicleta pela cidade. Após ser demitido do meu emprego como estoquista devido à pandemia, percebi que era o momento perfeito para fazer a Coxinhas Bady acontecer de verdade”, relembra Gabriel.

A matriz foi montada em Bady Bassitt e no primeiro ano, em 2020, o número de coxinhas vendidas por dia foi em média 30. O número cresceu e hoje, em 2025, são vendidas duas mil coxinhas por dia entre unidade física e delivery.

A expectativa para primeira unidade da Coxinhas Bady, em Rio Preto, é atingir esse número no primeiro semestre de atividade.
