Operação Páscoa+Tiradentes da Ecovias Noroeste Paulista começará na Quinta-Feira Santa e seguirá até terça-feira, após o Dia de Tiradentes

A Ecovias Noroeste Paulista estima que 631,5 mil veículos circulem pelas nove rodovias sob sua administração, que somam 600 quilômetros de extensão, durante o primeiro feriado prolongado de 2025, que une Páscoa (20/04) e o Dia de Tiradentes (21/04). A Operação Especial da empresa, com objetivo de garantir maior segurança aos usuários que pegarem estrada no período, irá de 17 (Quinta-Feira Santa) a 22 de abril. O trecho da concessionária é formado pelas rodovias Washington Luís (SP-310), Brigadeiro Faria Lima (SP-326), Carlos Tonanni, Nemésio Cadetti, Laurentino Mascari e Dr. Mário Gentil (todas SP-333), Comendador Pedro Monteleone (SP-351), José Della Vechia e Orlando Chesini Ometto (ambas SP-323).

Na região de Catanduva, São José do Rio Preto e Mirassol, espera-se um movimento superior a 98 mil veículos, enquanto que para São Carlos, Araraquara e Matão serão, aproximadamente, 217 mil. Na SP- 326, que liga Matão a Barretos, a expectativa é de 190 mil. Na SP-333, entre Borborema e Sertãozinho, o fluxo deve chegar a 88,9 mil veículos. Na SP-323, entre Taquaritinga e Pirangi, a previsão é de 18,1 veículos, e na SP-351, entre Bebedouro e Catanduva, a previsão é de 18,4 mil.

Em relação ao mesmo período de 2024 e igual trecho sob concessão naquele ano – rodovias Washington Luís (SP-310), parte da Brigadeiro Faria Lima (SP-326), Carlos Tonanni, Nemésio Cadetti, Laurentino Mascari e Dr. Mário Gentil (todas SP-333) -, quando o movimento foi de cerca de 325 mil veículos, o fluxo este ano deverá ser 59,3% superior.

Os principais atendimentos registrados pela Ecovias Noroeste durante períodos de recesso e feriados prolongados são para veículos quebrados. Eles representam 44,1% do total de ocorrências, divididos entre pane mecânica (33,6%), pneu furado (5,1%), pane seca (falta de combustível, 3,3%) e pane elétrica (2%).

Pedágio Free Flow

A Ecovias Noroeste Paulista é pioneira na implantação do Pedágio Eletrônico Free Flow no Estado de São Paulo. Baseado em pórticos com câmeras, antenas e sensores, o sistema permite que os usuários sigam viagem sem precisar parar em cabines ou reduzir a velocidade. O Free Flow está em operação no quilômetro 179 da Rodovia Laurentino Mascari, em Itápolis (SP), e no quilômetro 110 da Carlos Tonanni, em Jaboticabal (SP).

Durante o recesso de quatro dias para a Páscoa e Tiradentes, a empresa prevê que 35.665 veículos passem pelo Free Flow de Itápolis e 53.286, pelo de Jaboticabal. O usuário deve estar atento para efetuar o pagamento destas tarifas em até 30 dias, nos diversos canais disponibilizados pela concessionária, evitando multa por evasão. Para os veículos com TAG válida, o valor é cobrado, automaticamente, pela operadora contratada.

O usuário sem TAG válida pode efetuar o pagamento acessando o site freeflow.ecoviasnoroestepaulista.com.br, pelo aplicativo Ecovias Noroeste Paulista e pelo WhatsApp 0800-326-3663. Presencialmente, o pagamento pode ser feito nas três bases do Serviço de Atendimento ao Usuário (SAU) da SP-333: em Barrinha, no quilômetro 100, sentido Sertãozinho-Jaboticabal; em Taquaritinga, no 139, sentido Jaboticabal-Itápolis; e em Itápolis, no 197, Borborema-Itápolis.

            Os veículos de passeio e comerciais possuem descontos em cada passagem com uma TAG válida. Há o Desconto de Usuário Frequente (DUF), disponível apenas para veículos de passeio, aplicado a partir da segunda passagem por uma mesma praça de pedágio, no mesmo sentido e dentro do mesmo mês. Esse benefício concede uma redução adicional e progressiva sobre o valor da última tarifa, que pode variar de 5 a 96%. Ao chegar a 30ª passagem, o valor com o desconto permanece fixo até o último dia do mês.

Com o Desconto Básico da Tarifa (DBT), é aplicado, em todas as passagens, um desconto de 5% na tarifa de veículos comerciais e de passeio, incluindo reboque e semirreboque, se houver.

Nos pedágios convencionais, os motoristas podem efetuar o pagamento com cartões de crédito e débito por aproximação. Quem utiliza TAGs de pagamento automático recebe 5% de desconto. Para carros de passeio que as usam e circulam com frequência pelo trecho, os descontos podem ser bem maiores por conta do DUF (Desconto Usuário Frequente).

SOS.ECO.BR e Monitoramento 24 horas

Durante a Operação Páscoa+Tiradentes, a Ecovias Noroeste Paulista contará com suas equipes de atendimento e viaturas de apoio prontas para auxiliar os motoristas em caso de necessidades. As rodovias administradas pela empresa contam com um sistema de monitoramento 24 horas, que permite o sensoriamento do tráfego nos principais pontos do complexo viário, integrado através da transmissão de dados para o Centro de Controle de Operações (CCO).

O CCO, por sua vez, coordena e controla todas as atividades, em tempo real, 365 dias por ano. Isso faz parte de um complexo de comunicação que inclui 465 câmeras de CFTV (Circuito Fechado de Televisão), 58 SATs (Sistemas de Análises de Tráfego), 16 Paineis de Mensagem Variável (PMVs) fixos e dez móveis.

As rodovias sob concessão contam, também, com 20 postos de Serviços de Atendimento ao Usuário (SAU). Localizados em pontos estratégicos, as estruturas são ponto de pausa segura, equipadas com banheiros masculino, feminino e inclusivos, água potável, bebedouro para pet, estacionamento com área segura para descanso, internet wi-fi, fraldário, socorro mecânico, atendimento pré-hospitalar, carregadores para veículos elétricos e híbridos e totens para comunicação direta com o Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO) da concessionária.

Além do 0800-326-3663, os usuários que precisarem de qualquer tipo de atendimento, seja por pane mecânica ou socorro médico, podem acessar direto pelo celular a plataforma SOS.ECO.BR. A ajuda pode ser solicitada por mensagem de texto, ligação ou chamada de vídeo.

Com o SOS.ECO.BR, o usuário não precisa sair do carro para fazer a chamada, mas se estiver sozinho é imprescindível que o motorista busque um local seguro para acessar, como postos de serviço, bases da Polícia Militar Rodoviária (PMRv) ou mesmo as bases de SAU da concessionária. O acostamento só deve ser utilizado em casos de emergência.

Cronograma de obras

Durante o feriado prolongado, em função das características e do volume de tráfego previsto para as rodovias da Ecovias Noroeste Paulista nesse período, a execução de obras, a conservação de rotina e as autorizações para transporte e tráfego de cargas especiais terão programações restritas, somente em caráter emergencial.
