O Thermas dos Laranjais anunciou que dará início, ainda neste mês, à construção do Complexo de Esportes e Lazer “Presidente Benito Benatti”. As obras estão previstas para começar no dia 4 de julho, mesma data de aniversário do fundador e presidente de honra do Thermas, Sr. Benito Benatti, que faleceu no dia 19 de junho.

O complexo será construído na nova área adquirida pelo Thermas, entre a Avenida Benatti e a Rodovia Vicinal Alvaro Marreta Cassiano Ayusso. A infraestrutura inclui uma série de instalações, desde academia com equipamentos ultramodernos até quadras poliesportivas, campos de futebol, quadras de tênis e beach tênis, lagos, piscinas, restaurantes, entre outros.

“Este projeto representa a nossa visão de futuro para o lazer e o nosso compromisso com o bem-estar dos associados”, destaca o arquiteto Jorge Noronha, presidente do Thermas dos Laranjais, que justifica a escolha do nome como “a mais justa homenagem ao legado de quem transformou o Thermas e a cidade de Olímpia em uma referência nacional do turismo”.

Área exclusiva

O Complexo de Esportes e Lazer “Presidente Benito Benatti” será uma ampliação do Clube “Dr. Antonio Augusto Reis Neves”. A diferença é que ela será de uso exclusivo dos sócios, que terão acesso à nova área pela Vicinal Alvaro Ayusso, com entrada independente. Está prevista ainda a futura interligação com a Avenida Benatti, por meio de investimentos do poder público.

“O novo complexo representa a gratidão aos associados, que confiam na gestão desta diretoria. E é também um investimento no futuro, respeitando a nossa tradição e honrando a memória de nosso fundador”, conclui o presidente Jorge Noronha.

Localizado na Estância Turística de Olímpia, no interior de São Paulo, o Thermas dos Laranjais é o parque aquático mais visitado da América Latina e o primeiro do Brasil a aderir aos princípios do Pacto Global e aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) da ONU. São mais de 60 atrações para todas as idades, com diversos complexos de toboáguas, montanha-russa aquática, duas praias artificiais, piscinas de surfe, sonolência e ressurgência, rio de correnteza, área kids e parque infantil, entre outras, abastecidas por águas quentes naturais.
